Returns & Refunds policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@breezeleather.ca with a clear description and, if possible, photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide instructions for resolution.

Important Notes:

  • All products are handmade and may have slight variations; these are not considered defects.

  • For products made with vegetable-tanned leather, natural characteristics such as marks, spots, or color variations may appear. These are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.

  • We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies as damaged or defective.

  • Products returned without prior approval or for reasons other than damage/defect will not be accepted.
