Returns & Refunds policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@breezeleather.ca with a clear description and, if possible, photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide instructions for resolution.
Important Notes:
All products are handmade and may have slight variations; these are not considered defects.
For products made with vegetable-tanned leather, natural characteristics such as marks, spots, or color variations may appear. These are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies as damaged or defective.
Products returned without prior approval or for reasons other than damage/defect will not be accepted.
